The Hoka Tecton X2 full review! The Tecton X2 is a lighter, more breathable update to the Tecton X, and has the same parallel carbon fiber plates and Profly Surprisingly, the outsole holds up really well after a certain point. The initial wear is obvious, but the rubberized EVA surprisingly holds up after a long time. You can expect around 600-800km on this pair, which is really good for a plated shoe. Grip-wise the Carbon X3 performs well. Its not the best in wet conditions, but holds up well on Ride is balanced; responsive & comfortable. This is why the Carbon X2 is better suited to longer distances. During the long runs, it is smooth, efficient, and energy-saving. Stability in the Carbon X 2 is excellent thanks to its wide midsole base, so it is one of the most stable carbon plated shoes in the market. Hoka typically likes to only make minor changes between different iterations of a single lineup, but the Carbon X has undergone quite a few stylistic and performance updates. Highlights. Highlights from Hoka include the Rocket X 2, Tecton X 2, and Mach X. Secret. No word on Rincon 4 (we tried) and we did have some photos of the Mach X, but it’s under embargo until summer 2023. Missing. Not fully inclusive of all 2023 shoes (some FW shoes may still be under embargo)
Conclusion. You should choose Hoka One One Carbon X 2 because you get a superb race and pace running shoe, which combines lack of weight, comfort, solidity and optimal support in the midsole. Indeed its a running shoe which does very well in distance-running thanks to its midsole-comfort. Hoka One One Carbon X 2 is quite simly a terrific
